These former ministers, chief thieves, live a life of luxury in Tirana, tourist villages, on the coast and outside Albania; as well as have businesses and cleaning lines of stolen billions in construction, tourism, banking agency, transport, educational, food and medical businesses.
Since SPAK was created to combat the corruption of high officials, it has an obligation to take them under investigation, based on evidence for corruption, theft and concealment of assets and money laundering.
Genc Ruli/ In the PD power in 2005-2013, during 4 years Minister of Economy, Trade and Tourism, signed 215 private HPP concessions in rivers and natural parks; disappeared 900 million Euros of income from KESH and 1.8 billion Euros of state income from oil, gas, chrome, copper and tourism business taxes.

Ritvan Bode/ During his 8 years as Minister of Finance, he carried out a massacre in the state budget, with corruption and theft worth 10 billion Euros according to the National Audit Office and the audits of the ministry in the years 2014-2016.
The sale of 4 HPPs worth 10% of the real price; sold ARMO worth 1 year of production; disappeared 30 million USD of the sale and purchase of the "Dajti" hotel; donated the concessions of the National Lottery of Fiscal Stamps with a loss to the state of 142 million Euros per year.
