Berisha's attacks on Marsida Xhaferllari, Alibeaj reacts: He doesn't

Deputy Enkelejd Alibeaj has immediately responded to the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, for the harsh statements he made in today's press conference (January 13), about the coexistence with the constitutional judge, Marsida Xhaferrllari.

The founder of "Djathtas 1912" said that this was primitive revenge of the former prime minister under accusation and defendant by SPAK for the "Partizani" affair, precisely because he had voted to remove Berisha's immunity from the Mandates Commission.

He also calls on the head of the blue headquarters to "deal with his problems and those of his family with the Justice" and leave the attack for the problems of others.

PD has filed a complaint with SPAK about the case, where it accuses the judge of not declaring cohabitation and violating the law.

"Sali Berisha does not feel angry about the fact that in the parliamentary Mandates Committee I voted for the removal of his immunity. I can't help him with his anger, not even for the primitive revenge that he usually uses against all those who oppose him. Revenge that does not spare the family of those who think differently from him. This is not new in the political behavior of Sali Berisha. It is just that his problems with justice cannot be the problems of every Albanian as such, it can't be my or my family's problems either. So I invite him to pull himself together and deal with his own problems.

In other words, every slander from his mouth is as worthless as everything he has said these 30-odd years about any political opponent. I would in any case vote again to remove his immunity and all those who have problems with justice. This is my unwavering principled position, without having any grudge against him or anyone else. I cannot solve the family problems with SPAK. We really got rid of communism more than 3 decades ago, but the communist mentality is still present in politics. And unfortunately, holding hostage the democrats and the right in Albania", writes Alibeaj.
