What's wrong with Rama? The Prime Minister strikes again at justice, renews

But what is Rama's problem? Does Babloku really feel sorry for the ASHK employees who are staying in a building damaged by the earthquake? In fact, it seems that his target is somewhere far away...

Prime Minister Edi Rama has returned to threats and attacks on the justice system. While he has been at the government villa in Dhërmi for several days where he is sunbathing and hosting his foreign and local friends, Rama today again attacked judge Hazbi Balliu.

The first attack took place on August 1st and was caused by a decision by a Tirana Administrative Judge regarding an illegal building, seized in 2022, for which the transfer in favor of the state was decided.

On June 18, the Commission for Confiscated Objects decided to transfer this object to the State Cadastre Agency, whose building was severely damaged by the 2019 earthquake. But Judge Balliu annulled this decision by imposing lawsuit insurance at the owner's request, and giving him 10 days to file a lawsuit.

Rama today published part of the judge's reasoned decision, continuing with attacks and condemnations, while not sparing even prosecutor Elsa Gjeli, with whom he clashed over construction in Theth.

" Finally, Judge Balliu issued the written justification for his scandalous decision to defend the representative party of a building built completely without permission and confiscated in Tirana, where the State Cadastre Agency was located, which for several years had continued to work in an old building seriously damaged by the earthquake.

How can prosecutors or judges of the Republic engage in favor of illegal builders, this requires access to the brains of prosecutor Gjeli and judge Balliut; but how can a judge write that the Albanian Civil Service Commission has no evidence that it cannot continue to stay in a building where the ceilings and walls are falling, this requires heroic patience in waiting for the help of the Great God to awaken the organs of control and governance of the judiciary from their sleep, which is becoming increasingly dangerous even for the fate of the Justice Reform itself.

In the photo you have the (non)reasoning of the Balli court as well as the situation of the old ASHK building, which apparently is a normal workplace for Balli as long as there are no victims ," Rama writes.

But what is Rama's problem? Does Babloku really feel sorry for the ASHK employees who are staying in a building damaged by the earthquake? In fact, it seems that his target is somewhere far away. Babloku is continuing to strengthen the foundations of autocracy. Anyone who opposes the government is attacked, cursed and anathema. This serves as a message to everyone else not to dare to make decisions against it. The first was prosecutor Gjeli who brought down the state for the construction in Theth. Now it is judge Balliu's turn. The signals are that it will continue with anyone else who dares to implement the law and overthrow any government machinations. /Pamphlet
