Why was Edi Rama absent? Was there no invitation, or did he avoid it?
While attacking Lali Er who distributes chronicles as if she is working, but in fact she is abroad, Edi Rama is also doing this constantly.
For a long time, he has been sharing chronicles of meetings and conversations on social networks, where it seems that he has been to several places within a day, which is practically impossible.
So last weekend, while he published the podcast with three restaurant owners, Rama scattered several meetings in small arboreal villages of Calabria, where he took a large suite of officials, along with his family. A slightly strange visit, if you take into account the low political level, although it has an important symbolic and emotional charge. But in general, Rama has not cracked his head about such things, where in critical cases he takes low-level officials, or instructs embassies to take the president of the Republic.
And, this surprise increases even more when you notice that Edi Rama was the big absentee at the swearing-in ceremony for the third term of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, which was attended by a large number of foreign officials.
According to Turkish state television, there were over 80 officials, mostly from Asian and Middle Eastern countries.
Rama's absence was very noticeable, as it was also noticed by Erdogan's "political community" in Albania, which does not escape anything, because all eyes and ears are on the Turkish media.
Edi Rama was the only prime minister of the world in the West of Turkey, who publicly called on Turkish citizens to vote for Erdogan in a video. A message that, as it is known, has cost Rama quite a bit, as he was ignored by Washington and Brussels.
However, on the very day he was supposed to attend the Presidential Palace in Ankara, he avoided it, justifying it with a visit to some small municipalities of Calabria. A visit that, if it had to be carried out at all, could even be postponed for 24 hours, or even two days, since it had nothing to do with the current situation.
It must be said that from the Balkans, the only high-ranking official who participated in the swearing-in of the sultan of Ankara was the president of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
Why was Edi Rama absent?
Was there no invitation, or did he avoid it?
There has been no announcement about this from official Tirana, as well as from the Turkish embassy in Tirana. Chances are that something happened, since if not Rama, at least Bajram Begaj, it would have to be, referring to the precedent of Vjosa. And here, it seems, we are dealing with a clear political signal. Tirana's entry into the political community of the EU, as a structure established a year ago and led by Emanuel Macron, forces it to take unique decisions and positions in foreign policy. And there was no one from the EU in the sultan's oath. But it could also be the other, that now after the victory, Erdogan will give a strong message to Tirana, not to act against the leaders of the Albanian Muslim Community, which he has asked to remove. This is exactly what has kept the inauguration of the mosque-cathedral of Namazgja on hold.
Erdogan's people in Tirana, at the end of the campaign in Turkey, "surprisingly" did not deal with the expression of love for Reis, as they say to Erdogan, but with strong attacks on KMSH.
Erdogan's "political congregation" in Tirana spread photos of the graduation of madrassa graduates, who appeared in the commemorative photo without head coverings. And so they started the attack on those they call "Gülenists".
According to all indications, they were orientations from the sultan's couch. However, this will be known in the coming days.
Erdogan, who knows Edi Rama well who is a master of brushes, seems to have had enough of sweet words and demands action from the man who has invested a lot to keep him on his side.../ Pamphlet
