The Epstein dossier revelations have shocked the world not because of the private lives of VIPs, but because of the blackmail mechanism that was used to influence political and economic decisions. A disturbing parallel also appears in Albania, where SPAK’s investigations into the AKSHI reveal the existence of film materials used to condition senior executives. In this scheme, personal scandals serve only as a tool, while the real goal remains the control of tenders, public funds and power. The key question is not who was filmed, but what decisions were made under blackmail and who benefited from them.
The whole world has been shocked by the publication of photos, videos and emails from the Epstein dossier, where important figures from around the world appear in moments of relaxation in the surroundings of the so-called "island of sin".
In fact, from the materials released so far, at least in terms of videos or photos, we have seen things that are not as scandalous as imagined.
The so-called "elegant dinners", where VIPs enjoy themselves in sweet company and galvanized by alcohol or other sinful substances, are a well-known reality, but idealized by the general public. The visuals simply enhance the spectacle even more.
A spectacle that is now showing its bitter side, leading to the departure of several political dignitaries and the discrediting of several other VIPs.
However, to return to the essence that the Epstein dossier gave to the global arena, it is worth asking a question: what would happen if an Albanian “Epstein dossier” were opened?
A dossier that is not simply about the fact that Albanian politicians and VIPs have fun with young girls in modern-day orgies. This is known and there are plenty of urban legends and anecdotes about it.
The essence of the Epstein dossier is not the sin of the characters, but the filming of this entire activity, with the aim of using it for blackmail. Which means that, after the drink or substance was out, the dignitaries made decisions and signed orders in the interests of the blackmailers.
Returning to the Albanian environment, the well-known SPAK file on AKSHI has at its center a conglomerate of film materials, recorded and stored in an apartment in New Tirana, with the will of the one who was known as the coordinator of the crime barons in Albania, alias "Gysi of Durrës".
This person has filmed not only conversations and discussions in his studio, but also moments of relaxation in the company of very expensive wines and other elements, in situations that go beyond relaxation, to complete debauchery.
For the "Albanian Epstein", all of this has been going on for a long time, not recently. And it is likely that these materials were used as a means of blackmailing senior leaders in the country, conditioning their decisions.
Translated into Albanian reality, this means taking tenders and administering millions of state funds by criminal groups.
More important than the erotic, sexual scandals or the confessions of VIPs filmed by the "coordinator" are precisely the decisions and tenders that were conditioned by him or the network he represented.
This is precisely what SPAK should investigate, not simply to overthrow a government conditioned by crime, but to prevent the installation or negotiation of crime for a new government.
