DP MP Flutura Açka has accused the leader of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, of creating division within the Democrats.
In a harsh reaction on social media a day after Sali Berisha declared that he would give Bardhi support and confirmed him as the leader of the Group, Açka stated that this position belongs to Luçiano Boçi.

I hear all sorts of concerns up and down about who will be the Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, of that wrinkled and crumbling piece, even from the naive or petrified guarantor of Gazi.
With status, stature, and ability to outdo Sali Berisha, but also because he is a true politician, it belongs to Luciano Boçi. I am disappointed with him for the behavior that I did not deserve from him in the 2021 election campaign. But I am used to telling the truth. He deserves to be the Group Chairman, because I will say two wise words to him from the podium.
If Mr. Berisha decides to give the group to Gazi, an exemplary loser, a dissident who has no friends, a petty "fascist" of microphones and arsonist of chairs, a misuser of the media against his friends, it means he owes him a great debt, why not, and re-takes control of the DP.
When did this "friendship" start, I'll look carefully. It could have been from the very beginning, and we didn't know it. So, he looked us in the eye, cursed at Sali Berisha (whom I didn't know, and I don't know him closely today, and I'm only talking about him politically) and worked with him all the time. If Gazi becomes the chairman of the DP Group, he will have been in full control, not simply because he burned his stomach with the DP, not simply because of the dissatisfaction of losing to Lulzim Basha. Because, Lulzim Basha could not win in 2021 with 30 thousand votes, while Sali Berisha lost heavily with 330 thousand votes in 2025.
What their role in this puzzle was will be clear in a few weeks. Perhaps the DP was specially fortified to set up the epic alibi of January 8! Perhaps that is why America left us on the road, to whom, perhaps, we wanted to throw ourselves!
