In Kamëz, the vote counting process is expected to begin any moment, but out of 89 votes at the "Hillary Clinton" school, 88 will be counted, as one vote has been classified as irregular.
However, during the delivery of the ballot boxes to the CEAZ, the fuse on the lid of one ballot box was damaged and as a result, the commission deemed it irregular. This is because some ballot papers were outside the box.
It is not yet known how this happened, at the moment the box was closed or during transport, but the fact is that this box will not be counted, even though citizens have expressed their will.
