The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, stated that the opposition was silenced and denied their rights in parliament, which, according to him, led them to this action in Parliament.

In an interview for the show 'Now' in Euronews Albania, Noka said that many exponents of the opposition are being investigated even though they have nothing to do with corruption in the country today. He also attacked the media, which he said are not concerned about Berisha's arrest.
