After the decision of the Supreme Court to return once again to the Appeal for reconsideration of the DP seal and logo issue, the lawyer of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, reacted.
In a reaction made on social networks, Gjokutaj says that today's decision is in flagrant violation of the law.
Legally, according to him, the Supreme Court should have overturned the decision of the Court of Appeal for the appellant's non-legitimacy and upholding the decision of the Court of First Instance in Tirana!
"The decision of the Supreme Court regarding the Statute of the Reestablishment of the Democratic Party today is a flagrant violation of the law and pursues pure political goals against the will of its membership!
The reversal of the decision of the Court of Appeal and the return of the case to the Appeal legitimizes the biggest procedural scandal, the recognition of Basha & Alibeaj as the subject of appeal, while they were not parties to the trial at first instance!
Legally, the Supreme Court should have overturned the decision of the Court of Appeal for the non-legitimacy of the appellant and upholding the decision of the Court of First Instance of Tirana!
