OMONIA secretary Marin Suli has accused the newly appointed prefect of Vlora, Vangjel Tavo.
Suli said that he and the political leader of the Socialists, Blendi Klosi, are negotiating on who will take the place of Jorgo Goro, the arrested former mayor of the Municipality.
In an interview for "A2 CNN", he stated that there will soon be evidence proving such a fact.
Among other things, the secretary of OMONIA also accused SPAK, saying that it is acting according to the political agenda of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"SPAK has been put at the head of Rama's political agenda, so as not to create any political embarrassment for him. Tavo is not from Vlora, he has no connection with the minorities of the Vlora region, he is a foreigner in our region, he will never be accepted. Expect that there will be developments, can a prefect hold a town hall meeting? The meeting of the SP assembly is being held in Himare and Tavo and Klosi are presiding at the table and they are shopping, will you go or will I go instead of Jorgo Goro. Very soon I will have photo evidence", said Suli.
