DP MP Tomor Alizoti asked to ask direct questions to several heads of important institutions that will report to the Assembly today, such as Altin Dumani and Olsian Çela.
Berisha said that these questions should be asked directly to the reporters.
"For the first time in 32 years, we cannot question the rapporteurs summoned to the Assembly. We want to question the representatives of the institutions, since Albania is a Parliamentary Republic. This also happens in European countries. The second precedent is happening. Why are you taking away this right? We should not ask them directly. But we will submit them by list. Then we as deputies will submit our files with speeches, and you will read them. As a representative, I want to directly question the gentlemen. Give me this opportunity," said Alizoti.
