The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, was involved in a fierce debate with the head of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, after the establishment of the Commission for Electoral and Administrative-Territorial Reform was approved.
Balla accused Shehaj of meeting with the Democrats during the day to nominate candidates, while now he comes and insults them in the Assembly.

Balla: Those who have the parliament as a night school cannot understand it. I lied to the public when I said that I am not. During the day you meet with these people to nominate a candidate, you come here and curse them, and you take their candidate, and you put their candidate in and you come and say 'they are with you'.
