The Socialist Party has requested disciplinary measures against deputies Albana Vokshi and Elda Hoti, after the incident that happened yesterday in the plenary session.

The Ethics Secretariat decided to suspend them for 10 days.

The incident yesterday in the Assembly started when Arbi Agalliu, part of the deputies supporting the DP chairman, Lulzim Basha, requested that Prime Minister Rama be present in the session to conduct the interpellation according to the agenda.

But the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, stated that Rama had delegated the response to the interpellation to Minister Spiropali, which was not accepted by Agalliu.

While Agalliu was speaking from the seat, Elda Hoti went and pulled the card and the microphone from the deputy of Basha, causing his voice not to be heard in the hall.
