The former mayor of Durrës Vangjush Dako was arrested today by order of SPAK for abusing tenders and construction permits. But Dako is known for his acting.

People know me for ice cream, I'm an ice cream person. Look at these hands, they are ice cream, neither drugs, nor pistols, nor dirty money have touched them. Lul Basha has them with blood, he has them black ", declared Dako.
