Sharp details are whitened
To begin with, the man who has investigated other sensational files, one of which has been reopened and is in the investigation phase as CEZ-DIA, where the former president Meta is also involved, shows that the latter will have enough work and will there is trouble, because he is facing a magistrate whose compass and motto is only the law. Romeo Kara, the former lawyer of OSSH, who denounced the affairs with the privatization of this body and one of the key witnesses of the CEZ-DIA affair, in a recent interview for the "SOT" newspaper, warned that soon we will have sensational news in in connection with this scandal, as the Special Prosecutor's Office will start with "beheadings". The "big fish" that risks arrest is Ilir Meta, who was summoned for the first time on February 22, 2023 within the Special Prosecutor's Office and was questioned for three hours. Sotir Kllapi is said to have collected all the evidence, which shows that Meta was involved in corruption and money laundering, devouring the money of Albanian citizens during the time when the current leader of the Freedom Party was the Minister of Economy in the "Berisha 2" government during years 2009-2011.
Dirty money
In addition to CEZ-DIA, Meta is under arrest for money laundering. Other order letters sent by SPAK to foreign countries seem to be keeping the head of the Freedom Party under anxiety. The United States of America has recently responded to a letter forwarded last year by SPAK regarding the lobbying file. The American document forced the entire dome of LSI to land one by one at the doors of SPAK. Meanwhile, Meta is still anxious as more shocking evidence is expected to come for the anti-corruption structure. SPAK is waiting for answers from Cyprus, Austria and San Marino, which should give answers to the aesthetic interventions of several million denounced by the lawyer Idajet Beqiri for the Meta family. Several reports have been filed against Ilir Meta and all of them are for money laundering which are being investigated by the prosecutor Sotir Kllapi. So the latter has extended the investigations to several countries such as Cyprus, Austria, Italy and San Marino and all of them serve to "settle" Meta's file well. Whatever the decision-making will be, Sotir Kllapi will be in the center of attention and one of the people who will be bent the most during this fall and maybe even during 2024.

Po kush është Sotir Kllapi, njeriu që ka në dorë mundësinë historike për t'i dhënë goditjen e parë serioze korrupsionit në nivelet e larta dhe kulturës së pandëshkueshmërisë në Shqipëri?! Ai ka mbaruar Shkollën e Magjistraturës në vitin 2009. Fillimisht ka nisur punën si prokuror në Prokurorinë e Tiranës. Më pas ka ushtruar funksionin e prokurorit në Fier dhe Durrës deri në vitin 2014. Nga viti 2014 deri në vitin 2020, Sotir Kllapi ka drejtuar Prokurorinë e Pogradecit. Ndaj Kllapit nuk është regjistruar asnjë masë disiplinore. Gjatë karrierës, prokurori është vlerësuar shumë mirë prej Prokurorisë Durrës për vitet 2012-2013, është vlerësuar shumë mirë nga prokuroria Pogradec për vitet 2014, 2015 dhe 2016. Në maj të vitit 2020, Kllapi u emërua nga Këshilli i Lartë i Prokurorisë në SPAK, duke u vlerësuar me 174 pikë, në krye të të gjithë kandidatëve, duke lënë pas Dritan Prençin, Vladimir Marën dhe Dorina Bejkon.
Trajnimet në SHBA dhe BE
Procesi i vlerësimit të kandidaturave kanë marrë pjesë përfaqësues të SHBA-BE. Pas emërimit në SPAK, Kllapi ka marrë pjesë në disa trajnime me ekspertë nga Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës dhe Bashkimit Europian. Prokurori Kllapi kaloi me sukses dhe me lehtësi procesin e vetingut në maj të vitit 2019. Kllapi u konfirmua në detyrë më 13 maj të vitit 2019, duke u vlerësuar pozitivisht në kriterin e pasurisë, pastërtisë së figurës dhe aftësive profesionale. Edhe pse është pjesë e organit të akuzës prej 13 vitesh, Sotir Kllapi nuk ka asnjë pasuri të paluajtshme, të paktën deri në vitin 2018. Prokurori rezulton se ka jetuar me qira në Qytetin Studenti, duke lidhur një kontratë qiraje me Rezidencën Studentore Universitare Tiranë. Megjithatë mbetet për t'u parë se çfarë zgjidhje do t'i japë dy dosjeve të Ilir Metës, e cila mund të jetë edhe dosja që do të shënjojë karrierën e tij. Zhvillimet do të jenë përvëluese duke patur parasysh dhe sinjalet që vijnë nga kreu i PL, ku sapo SPAK njofton goditje, apo thellon hetimet, Ilir Meta lë çdo gjë që ka në dorë dhe shfaqet me urgjencë konferencave për shtyp për të nisur presionet ndaj drejtësisë.
