The Deputy of the Democratic Party Oerd Bylykbashi said that in the case of "Partizani" the fundamental blow is the bypassing of the parliament.
He stated that the immunity of deputy Sali Berisha was not violated, but that of the Parliament, which must protect itself from "political persecution".
"The fundamental blow that happened to the process is the bypassing of the Parliament. The reason is very simple, it is not the immunity of Sali Berisha, the immunity of Edi Rama, Oerd Bylykbashi or anyone else, it is the immunity of the Parliament.
