The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, said that the attitude of Sali Berisha not to appear in the GJKKO, is an ideal solution because according to him, SPAK is not respecting the Constitution regarding the investigations and measures against Berisha, for the file of privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.
Boçi said that the Prosecutor's Office should address the President of the Assembly and then the Mandates Council should meet and come up with a decision on Berisha's immunity.
