The chairman of "Mundësia", Agron Shehaj, states that his party has the greatest support in the Tirana District.
According to Shehaj, the Opportunity Party is the third political force in all regions according to polls.
"Tirana is the district where we have the most support, but one thing is certain. We are clearly the third political force nationally. In Tirana yes and yes, with a very large difference from the other two new parties, but we are the third party in almost all districts. I am speaking according to the polls. All the polls photograph this situation, they show us as the third force in all of Albania," said Shehaj.
Asked about a prediction of the mandates his party could receive in the elections, Shehaj responded as follows. "I stick to the facts. I don't like to speculate. The only prediction you can make is based on polls. If you look at the polls, if they give us about 10%, unfortunately the electoral system does not give us the opportunity to receive 10% of the mandates, but it could be an approximate number. Less than 14. I'm talking on average," he said.
As he presented the ambitions of the force he leads for May 11, he emphasized that at the outset, he would not cooperate under any circumstances with any other political entity.
"We do not intend to condition, it is not our intention to be a team maker. Cooperation with anyone! We do not pool votes with anyone! We know what will happen on the 12th, the bargaining will begin as it has always been done, either with political parties, with MPs. It has happened and it will happen," he said.
What if the Socialist Party wins again?
"We will be the opposition. I have only heard here what it means to join the opposition. Everyone makes their own opposition," he replied.
