The deputy of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, says that the process of uniting the opposition must continue.
She said that she is also part of the parliamentary group and participation in the groups within the opposition is not certain.
Tabaku has expressed the desire to include every oppositionist in the process.
"There is no question that I am part of the parliamentary group. This is a process and we cannot divide it with a knife "you did it or you didn't do it". This is a process that I believe will continue and my wish is that every opposition voice joins in this process. I have the luxury of agreeing and disagreeing with Mr. Bardhi. He is also my friend. For example, I disagree with him and the group's decision on the action in Parliament. The reasons are right, but the way things are going, I think they are not helping us. Because the unification of the party without leaving anyone out, in the spirit of the confederation, together with the protest, together with the Parliament, all had to be combined together", said Tabaku.
According to her, the Democratic Party needs every voice in opposition to and must go beyond individuals.
The deputy said that the role of the opposition should be to pass it on to the citizens.
"I have given my example, I have resigned from the positions I have held. Now, I am trying to make the opposition by participating in the protest, filling as much as I can the space left empty in the parliamentary committees, I am trying to talk to the people and give time to this unification process to go to the next elections even with the idea of a confederation that gathers all parties together. The biggest debate I have with my colleague and friend Gazment Bardhi is that the parliamentary group should use every space, it should use the Parliament, it should use every forum", said Tabaku in an interview on RTSH.
