Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu said that there was some surprise on the part of diplomats when the DP joined the votes with the SP against opening the ballot boxes for the theft of its candidates.
He stressed that Berisha's claim about the diversion of 300,000 votes is an insult to Albanian citizens.
"The diplomats were surprised that the DP joined the SP in voting against the ballot box opening for the theft of its candidates. One of the DP's claims is the Bulgarian train, and this happens when a voter takes a ballot and fills it out in front of the person who gives them money, then enters the voting center, takes the blank ballot, goes to the voting section, and then when he gets to the ballot box, he throws away the filled-in ballot and puts the blank one in his pocket."
"In Berisha's concept, it means that 300 thousand votes were diverted, and this is an insult to Albanians who sold their votes for 50 euros. If so many people were sold to him, what right does he have to demand free elections from the state when they were sold to him," he told "Report TV".
