Analyst Dritan Hila has commented on SPAK's request for the arrest of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for the "Partizani" file.
He said that Berisha's wish is finally being fulfilled, referring to SPAK's request for the removal of immunity as a deputy.
Among other things, Hila said that Berisha is taking steps backwards politically, while he chose not to comment on it legally.
" I think we fulfilled Berisha's wish. We are going through it in a legal way, through the Parliament. The legal route closes here. From the political side, I don't think Berisha achieved anything. He promised revolution and the filling of the squares and he did not realize this. We have entered the third year and it has not managed to create civil disobedience or early elections. I don't know how productive Berisha is, since she has a past of violence. By lighting up the Parliament hall 6 times, I don't think he achieved anything. It is a battle that is ending at Berisha's door. I reserve to judge it from a legal point of view. Politically it was unproductive, Berisha is taking steps backwards politically ", said the analyst Hila, he said in "Open".
