Analyst Dritan Hila has commented on SPAK's request for the arrest of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for the "Partizani" file.
He said that Berisha's wish is finally being fulfilled, referring to SPAK's request for the removal of immunity as a deputy.
Among other things, Hila said that Berisha is taking steps backwards politically, while he chose not to comment on it legally.
