How Edi Rama used Këlliç's nomination to attack Erion Veliaj, to keep the opposition divided and to take advantage of the DP's internal rivalries...
The nomination of Belind Këlliçi as the opposition candidate for mayor in 2023 came at the will of Sali Berisha, but more as a maneuver by Ilir Meta. Who, still on the throne of the President of the Republic, thought that he still had the power to intrigue against Edi Rama.
But as the facts showed; both Meta's game and Berisha's will were a double-edged sword in the well-planned trap that Edi Rama had set.
Who, it must be said, even though he has been in power for a very long time now, even though he is not an amateur, but even though he has cunning advisors, prepares traps carefully and early on, with a strategic distance.
Belind Këlliçi, (who entered a game without knowing the beginning, the end, or the scenario, but only greed) turned out to be a mechanism carefully prepared by Edi Rama to hit Erion Veliaj, without increasing the opposition. A diabolical plan, prepared in all its details, to use Këlliçi as a denouncer and denigrator of the mayor of Tirana.
The so-called protests in front of the city hall had so few people because Sali Berisha never mobilized his army, which, although reduced in number, has not yet abandoned him. This was seen during the year of house arrest, when the street below the apartment was filled every night with "the doctor's pilgrims."
The situation in the ridiculous protests in front of the city hall only had the support of Ardjana Kalasa, or even Ilir Meta's efforts to send Tedi Blushi there.
But they didn't achieve anything. Even Adriana Kalaja, for all that effort where she went crazy and left no verbal threats unsaid in a viral video, wasn't even elected as a member of parliament. Showing everyone who wanted to follow her career example, that you can't become a politician from street activism.
In other words, Këlliçi appeared from the beginning to be unpopular with Sali Berisha, he was simply a negotiator in several corridors. First with Ilir Meta, with parts of the majority, and then with lobbies in the US.
The negotiations that Berisha slowly took into his own hands, whether with Edi Rama, as was proven in the talks on the Code, amnesty, construction permits, etc., etc., but also those with internationals. Where he spent his hair to remove 'Non Grata'. Now he is afraid that his money-making mechanism will be discovered and he will turn all his power in the DP into a real ruin.
But why did Berisha, these days, attack Këlliçi with his closest media employees?
So clearly identifying where the powerful torpedo comes from? In all likelihood, this stone was thrown to kill more than two birds.
First of all, to prevent Belinda from attempting to become the leader of the parliamentary group in September.
And the second, most important thing for Berisha, as his people's attacks on Këlliç showed, are the denunciations or escapades of the DP MP in SPAK. Sali Berisha is terrified that after every move by Belindi, there is a counterattack by the Special Prosecution against him.
Especially tense about Argita and Shkëlzeni, Berisha now sees shadows everywhere and sees no further than his ghosts. Rama has understood this for a long time and feeds him, through negotiators, tales that scare the doctor at night.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, he supplies Shkëlzeni with "arguments" from the construction field, which, if not much, puts some money in his and his family's pockets. And so everything is postponed, from the heat, to the expenses of the holidays. At least until September comes, because something comes up. While Edi, on the other hand, prepares the new ghost for the doctor, and melts laughing with the oligarchs who give them permission in the name of the Berisha family. / Pamphlet
