The "Pamphlet" is confirmed: the names of 83 thief officials who were
Fran Frrokaj, the thief mayor of Lezhë municipality, leaves his cell after the amnesty /

Hiding names is part of Edi Rama's and Sali Berisha's bargain; since the officials, convicted businessmen and traffickers, are connected to them in businesses, towers, traffic and money laundering, that is why they were included in the criminal amnesty law...

In the criminal amnesty law, the Rama-Berisha bargain was included, so that the officials, businessmen and traffickers convicted for corruption by the district courts and the Special Court, would be released from prison and their prison terms reduced.

This bargain was voted in the parliament by the SP and Foltorja, while on April 24, 2024 the amnesty was implemented, releasing from prison and reducing the years of the sentence of 83 state officials, convicted for corruption in cooperation and for special crimes.

A week before the implementation of the criminal amnesty, specifically on April 18, 2024, "Pamphlet" warned that according to the Rama-Berisha deal, officials convicted by SPAK and the Special Court would be released, but SP and Foltores leaders denied it even after they came out from prison.

Likewise, we warned that after the release and reduction of their prison years, the Prosecutor's Office, the Directorate of Prisons and the Ministry of Justice, would not make public the names of the officials who benefited from the amnesty, in order not to know who they are.

Their names were not made public, with the justification that the personal confidentiality of the convicted was respected, when according to the law on amnesty, it is mandatory to publish the following data: names, official duties they had, criminal offenses for which they were convicted and how many years have been sentenced.

The only convict who was made public by the media was the former mayor of Lezha, Fran Frrokaj, because he could not avoid the media from the prison gate, but he was also convicted by the Court of Lezha, while 83 convicts from SPAK and the Special Court have not been made public.

Even hiding their names is part of the bargain of Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, because the officials, convicted businessmen and traffickers are connected with them in businesses, towers, traffic and money laundering, that's why they were included in the criminal amnesty law ./ Pamphlet
