Shortly before the start of the plenary session, Democratic Leader Lulzim Basha gave a statement to the media in the courtyard of the Assembly.
Basha ridiculed the speech of the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, at the Freedom Party Convention, which was held on Saturday at the Palace of Congresses.
Basha emphasizes that it was a miserable performance, while adding that he does not expect anything from this political caste.
" My friends and I were in Italy, we know the reasons for this... we laughed at the miserable performance, we don't expect anything from him or from the others, whose spokesperson he was. This political caste has a problem with their political end ", said Basha.
Basha also called on the deputies to support the amendments proposed by the Democratic Party to support SPAK.
"To support the DP amendments for the support of justice institutions. The proposals we make here and the vote against are guided by a question: is this useful for Albanians? For this issue a priori, I ask you to support the amendments in favor of SPAK ", said Basha.
