But no one believes that Edi Rama did not know anything about the 4 450 million Euro concessions that Ilir Beqja and Ogerta Manasterliu gave to Vilma Nushi, Klodian Allajbeu, Ilir Rrapaj and Janis Karathanos, as well as about the 3 480 million Euro landfills in Tirana , Elbasan and Fier given to Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir.
Because they were approved by Edi Rama's decisions, he even had meetings and photographs with them, introducing them before signing the concessions and defended them by calling them "powerful businessmen" and attacked the media that denounced them.
Or, Edi Rama can say that there is nothing for the charter that he uses himself, nor for the permits of the towers given to the oligarchs and traffickers, nor for the resort of Olta Xhaçka and Pëllumb Gjoka, for the lands and facilities that Artan Dulak and Gjergj donated Luca.
