Former Democratic Party MP Lefter Maliqi congratulated the 35th anniversary of the Democratic Party. He said that under the leadership of leader Sali Berisha, the party will move towards victory.
He recalled figures who contributed to the Democratic Party, such as Azem Hajdari, Pjeter Arbenori, Gramoz Pashko, and even Sokol Olldashi and Gert Bogdani, describing them as martyrs and prominent visionary politicians.

Proud to have been part of the leadership structures as the chairman of the women's section of the Democratic Party, in the former Otllak Municipality, Member of the Presidency of the DP Berat Branch, Member of the National Council of the DP for 8 years and Deputy for 7 years. I congratulate all the founders, members of the DP for their sacrifices, the unforgettable memory of the martyrs of Democracy and the prominent visionary politicians from Azem Hajdari, Pjeter Arbënori, Gramoz Pashko and up to Sokol Olldashi and Gert Bogdani. With confidence that under the leadership of leader Sali Berisha, the Democratic Party will move towards victory to realize the dream of the students of December 90 for Albania in the EU.
