With the permission of the government as a 15% partner, the Kosovar Blerim Hoxha sold ARMO fictitiously for 3.5 million lek, to the ghost company "CFD Conseils Sarl" which he and Babloku advertised as an American company, but in fact it was Blerim's company Hoxha and mobster Bernard Çumashi.
From a simple verification that "Pamphlet" did, it revealed that the connecting threads of the Kosovar Blerim Hoxha, who has 40% ownership in the Tirana Landfill, are entangled with the Kosovar Baton Haxhiu, advisor to Prime Minister Edi Rama; owner of the government portal "Albanian Post"; Marketing Director of the American Hospital, Marketing Director of the Kosovar company "Devolli" that imports Serbian flour and milk into Albania and liaison between Rama and Vucic.
Specifically, for banking activities and contacts with state institutions of their businesses, Baton Haxhiu and Blerim Hoxha of Tirana Landfill, have the same employee named Arbër Osmani, with full powers to perform any action on their behalf.
It is no coincidence that Blerim Hoxha of Tirana's landfill is the financier of the campaigns and activities of Hashim Thaçi's party and the financier of Edi Rama's "Rilindja" party; while Baton Haxhiu, in addition to being an advisor to Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Prime Minister and President Hashim Thaçi and their liaison with Vucic, has received millions of Lek from the Tirana landfill.
But another fact: Until January 21, 2021, the "Albanian Post" company of Baton Haxhi and Blerim Hoxha of the Tirana Landfill had the address in the same office at the oligarch Bashkim Ulaj's tower, while after the investigation into the Tirana landfill began , Baton went to the stadium tower.
