The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, at the invitation of his counterpart, Georgia Meloni, is today in Rome, where he is participating in the annual Congress of Giorgia Meloni's party, the Brothers of Italy.
During this event, he was asked by journalists about the state of the Albanian opposition, but refused to comment. The head of the government said that when he goes abroad, he does not talk up and down about the political problems of his own country.
“I have a principle when I go abroad and I don't talk in my language and about political problems in my country. I believe that those outside the borders of your country should also be protected who may not be very fit in your country in this case. When I was in the opposition and the movement abroad, I didn't talk about the problems of my Albanian government," said Rama.
