Here's how Parliament is configured according to the current results...
The elections of 11 May 2025 have brought a new composition of the Albanian Parliament, with a distribution of mandates that reflects changes in electoral preferences and the influence of open lists. The Socialist Party has maintained its majority, while the Democratic Party has suffered a significant decline, especially in Tirana. As the counting for the preferential vote continues, “Pamfleti” has compiled a list based on the current results of 140 deputies.
Tirana: SP maintains lead, DP in decline
In the capital, the SP secured 18 mandates, including well-known names such as Edi Rama, Ogerta Manastirliu and Taulant Balla. Meanwhile, the DP only received 13 mandates, with figures such as Sali Berisha, Edi Paloka and Albana Vokshi. It is worth noting that only one mandate was won through the open list, where Ilir Alimehmeti received 5,899 votes, surpassing Jorida Tabaku with 5,869 votes.

Durrës: The SP has won 8 mandates, while the DP has received 6 mandates, with candidates such as Oerd Bylykbashi and Gent Strazimiri.
Debar: The Socialist Party (SP) has won 3 mandates, while the Democratic Party (DP) has secured 2 mandates.

Rezultatet e zgjedhjeve të 11 majit 2025 tregojnë një dominim të Partisë Socialiste në shumicën e qarqeve, ndërsa Partia Demokratike ka pësuar humbje të ndjeshme, veçanërisht në Tiranë. Listat e hapura kanë sjellë ndryshime në përbërjen e deputetëve, duke lejuar kandidatë me mbështetje të gjerë qytetare të fitojnë mandate, si në rastin e Ilir Alimehmetit. Ndërkohë, partitë e reja dhe ato më të vogla kanë arritur të sigurojnë përfaqësim në Kuvend, duke reflektuar një diversifikim të skenës politike shqiptare.
