Who are the most voted names who lose mandates due to gender quotas?

While the counting of preferential votes continues, some of the most voted names will not be able to receive mandates as MPs due to respect for gender quotas.

This will happen in at least 3 districts, where socialist candidates listed on open lists will hand over their mandates regardless of the number of preferential votes they have collected.

In Berat, Julian Zyla, although the third most voted name on the open list, will not be able to take the mandate of MP, due to the gender quota. Zyla's place in the Assembly will be taken by Hatixhe Konomi.

Likewise, in Durrës, Ilir Ndraxhi will hand over his mandate to Etleva Budini, while in Korça Arian Jaupllari will be replaced by Besa Spaho.
