Deputy Gazment has called on the SPAK to investigate the non-implementation of the order of the Constitutional Court, to immediately send to the "Kushtetuese" the motion of the opposition deputies for the mandate of the socialist deputy Olta Xhaçka.
"If the majority has decided to ignore the constitution, the decisions of the Constitutional Court, we are practically in a dictatorship. The basic principles of the functioning of the legal state have fallen and this statement made by a representative of the majority leads the country to the conditions of civil disobedience.
At a time when the socialists expect to turn to the Venice Commission in the fall, to get an opinion on the matter, the democrats turned to SPAK asking it to be put in motion.
My call goes to SPAK, non-implementation of the decision of the CJK is a criminal offense. I expect the same standard to be followed, there cannot be justice for Sali Berisha and justice for Edi Rama" , said Bardhi.
