PD MP Dashnor Sula has commented on the situation created today in the Assembly, as well as his clash with the Guard.
He said that as far as the clash with the Guard is concerned, he did this only to show that they were not allowed to enter the hall and exercise their right.
"I did that action to show the citizens that these do not allow you to enter the Assembly and fulfill your duty. I want them to rape him, even rape the opposition", he said.
Further, Sula spoke against the decision approved for the two-month expulsion of deputies who break the regulation, saying that in this way they are denied their mandate.
"You cannot interrupt the mandate of the deputy for two months. The regulation so far has been made by consensus, it is not done like this! Well, don't let them exclude us. Will they leave the country without opposition?

Meanwhile, he was also asked about SPAK's request to the Assembly for permission to arrest Sali Berisha.
He said that from the procedural side SPAK is acting correctly, and that he will vote in favor of removing the former prime minister's immunity, but added that the Constitutional Court will examine this issue, to understand whether SPAK has exceeded its powers or not.
He further said that if Berisha's immunity is removed and the measure of 'house arrest' is implemented, the opposition action will continue in the same way.
"From a procedural point of view, SPAK is now following a legal path. But clarify to the GJK if SPAK's powers have been exceeded. I will vote yes, for whoever it is... yes, I will vote no. I believe that we will all vote for him, but I am responsible for myself. It is a procedure, to be done. Yes, this is our difference from the socialists, that they are sheep, who accept rape, while I am a rebel in spirit! I voted for many things, I voted against the Partizani complex since that time. And they don't even give us the right that belongs to us.

"If Berisha's immunity is removed? Simple! We will continue forward, not for Berisha, but for parliamentarism. It has nothing to do with me. Why will I save Berisha? What is to be done will be done. We do it for the principle", concluded Sula.
