After Monika Kryemadhi was investigated for corruption, money laundering, concealment of wealth and lobbying through Russian and Cypriot mafia circles, BKH agents followed the traces of her illegal activities through phones and computers.
One of the confidential and secret phones used by Monika Kryemadhi, the investigators found hidden at her mother Fatima's house, where during the search they also found 1 USB, 2 computer hard drives and 1 box with state documents from 2000-2020.
The fact that Monika Kryemadhi is only asking for the return of this phone creates the belief that it is very problematic and decisive for the progress of her criminal fate as a person under investigation.
On December 7, 2023, the Special Court of First Instance rejected Monika Kryemadhi's request, deciding that SPAK should not return the seized phone to her, but the Special Court of Appeal also rejected her request on January 4, 2014.
With the two decisions against her requests, the Court has given freedom of action to the BKH and SPAK to continue the investigation and obtain the data that are on Monika Kryemadhi's phone, but also on the equipment and other seized documents. which she is not looking for.
Actually, at Fatima Kryemadhi's apartment, BKH has seized 4 more phones, but Monika is only asking SPAK for 1 phone; for which on March 4, 2024 she appealed to the Supreme Court, but as a member of parliament she can continue the request in the Constitutional Court.
Why is Monika insisting so much on not opening, investigating and re-returning only 1 phone that SPAK seized?
Maybe he doesn't have money to buy another phone, or inside this secret phone, which he kept hidden at his mother's house, there is evidence of atrocities for which she is being investigated; but also other evidence that has been denounced by the media, among them drug trafficking and Vladimir Putin's partnership with oligarchs.
SPAK and the Court know this, because they did not return the "problematic" phone; while publicly, the indication that Monika's phone has a lot of violence was created by Ilir Meta in front of the media, where he said that there is no connection or responsibility for the accusations against her, nor for the data on the seized phone.
Even Ilir Meta, who is himself under investigation by SPAK; to save his skin, he went as far as abandoning his family members, as he said:
