Sali Berisha appeared in SPAK this morning, respecting the decision of the Special Court to appear twice a month for the charges brought against him for the "Partizani" file.
Analysts Ergys Mërtiri and Enton Abilekaj debated in the studio of the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV whether this behavior of Berisha is according to the attitude he has maintained for a year towards SPAK's accusations.

Mërtiri : There is a paradox in what Mr. Berisha says, that the decision was not made by SPAK, but by Edi Rama who founded SPAK. Abilekaj : You called him stupid, you immediately prejudiced him, we have nothing to discuss together. The procedure is that I, so-and-so, appeared here, as requested by the court. He said: You are a criminal organization, it is a kind of disobedience. He is made available to justice as requested. Let him be the leader of the opposition, he is a man who has a criminal case.
Mertiri : Why is he the leader of the opposition, it became a problem, that he was a man of any kind.
Abilekaj : The court is a unitary body and says: this does not need a security measure. From November 27 to January 3, he stayed without security measures. Ruined the rehearsals? He left the prosecution, did he spoil the evidence?
Mertiri : So you say that the decision is unfair?
Abilekaj : He did not take any measures to destroy the file. Why do you change the amount of insurance? Why did the judge overrule his own court?
Mertiri : We are talking politically, because legally he has to go as a checho, because he did something stupid the first time, he spent a year at home for nothing. He was put under house arrest for mental illness. If the first time he said that he does not go to the prosecutor's office because this decision is unfair and in violation of the constitution, then today this decision is again unfair because it is in violation of the law.
