Prime Minister Rama held a meeting with the SP's candidates for MPs for the Durrës region. The head of government spoke again about the justice reform, where he also showed a photo of 'Mrs. Justice', which he said he takes with him everywhere.
Rama emphasized his support for justice, as he vowed that the socialist government gave it the sword and would stand by it despite occasional missteps.
"The EU is a vital issue for us, because only by becoming part of the EU will we as a people escape the constant trap of history and the shadows that follow us from behind our history to turn us back. Only by joining the EU will we guarantee some very basic things that we still have guaranteed as long as the issue of who governs here remains. From individual freedom, to equality before the law, which is the most important thing and can only be guaranteed by joining the EU. We are for justice reform, despite the problems and occasional errors, but we share this work that we have given this sword that in history has been held by justice, but in Albania since 1912 has been held by the government ," said Rama.
