Prime Minister Edi Rama is holding a meeting with mayors, where, according to him, milestones will be set for the work that awaits them during 2026.
During his speech, Rama did not spare jokes with the mayor of Dimal, Juliana Memaj, who apparently answered a phone call while the prime minister was speaking.
"The rest of us who don't have 4 kids shouldn't touch the phone. Lest I come across as being against caring for kids. Oh my God. This is what happens when you don't learn lessons. Instead of letting you sit here in the end," Rama said.
