Meanwhile, it is officially learned that Berisha is accused of passive corruption committed in cooperation under Article 260 of the Criminal Code. He is also accused of money laundering. A little while ago, two police officers went to the PD headquarters to communicate the accusations.
On the other hand, Jamarbër Malltezi is accused of passive corruption in cooperation under Article 260 and Cleansing of Products in cooperation with Fatmir Bektashi under Article 287 of the Criminal Code.
The builder Fatmri Bektashi is accused of active corruption and laundering the proceeds of the crime in cooperation with Malltez.
In the meantime, it is known that BKH agents have carried out checks in the apartment of Jamarbër Malltez and Fatmir Bektashi, but the operation was kept secret. The prosecutor herself did not ask for a search of Berisha's apartment.
As far as the SPAK file is concerned, it is suspected that Berisha, the prime minister at that time, issued a series of legal and by-law acts in order to return the properties and privatize the Partizani club and the multi-sports complex in favor of 5 families of owners where the direct beneficiary was his son-in-law.
While Jamarbër Malltezi is accused of having benefited from 3-5% of the real estate of 5 families that he represented by proxy and himself was a representative in exchange for privatization, where he built 19 towers.
