Spartak Ngjela has taken a dig at the losers of May 11, who do not accept the result, through a post on social media.
Ngjela writes that in Albania, the loser is always the winner's fault.
"We Albanians, throughout our history, have not known how to accept our defeat with pure reason."

But how can the winner be accused, who defeated you in a war or in an electoral competition for power?
The justification for losing elections in political Albania, in most cases, has had in mind a malice that has been expressed with a completely childish reasoning.
These are actually the leaders!
But we have to laugh at them for their childish nature in justifying their loss.
"We have always seen the opinion of a loser who cannot explain anything logically for his loss," writes Ngjela.
