The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, spoke about the current political situation in the country, also focusing on developments within the opposition.
Asked about Ervin Salianj's activities, Noka stated that he is no longer a member of the Presidency or any other structure of the DP.
According to him, Salianji self-excluded himself after, according to him, he met with Ergys Agas, Suel Çela and Ben Qimen to organize the Elbasan activity.
He added that this is the DP's "red line" and that it constitutes an act of self-exclusion from the party.
" I am talking about the DP, the gentleman is neither a member of the Presidency nor of any DP structure. Since he self-excluded himself, he is no longer there, since he sat down with Ergys Agas, Suel Çela and Ben Qimen to organize the Elbasan activity, he crossed the red line of this party and there is no more connection. He has self-excluded himself, the DP has a red line. Agreements with organized crime and the mafia, we have a red line there and we have it by statute. Whoever crosses that line self-excludes himself and this is a closed story ," he said when invited to the "Studio24" show on News24.
