Berisha orders MPs to notify the DP Press Directorate of all invitations from television studios
Leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has communicated to MPs and members of the Presidency through an official message that they cannot appear on television shows without his permission and in front of analysts.
Berisha wrote that the opposition should not and will not allow the government to use it as a mask in the media it controls, to hide its thefts, wrongdoings, and affairs as a criminal organization.
It also emphasizes that every interview, direct link, or statement related to government affairs, corruption, scandals, etc., should be used to the fullest.
" For all invitations from television studios, you must notify the Press Directorate, this, firstly, to receive the DP's message of the day from the press office and, secondly, to prevent the "fishing" of government-controlled media, which, as soon as they are rejected for the above reasons by the first invitee, invite others to implement the orders of the Prime Minister's propaganda office ," the message says, among other things.
Sali Berisha's full message:
Message addressed to members of the DPA Presidency, members of the DPA Parliamentary Group, members of the DPA National Council, leaders and members of the DPA central departments, leaders of the DPA branches.
Greetings, ladies and gentlemen,
With this message, I remind you that the DPA Presidency and the DP Parliamentary Group have decided as follows:
1- DP representatives will appear in debates/television shows only with their counterparts (i.e. with political peers) who represent the government, the Socialist Party and their subordinate institutions.
Representatives of the Democratic Party, whether members of the CC, departments, secretariats, Presidency, Parliamentary Group, local government, etc., do not engage in debates with 'independent' analysts who serve as proxies for the government and its people in television studios and, as paid mercenaries, bear no responsibility for their fraud, manipulation, and falsifications to protect the government.
In addition, the government, with the help of several moderators, has found this as a way to keep the debate going with the opposition, by constantly pitting 'independent analysts' against each other, a good number of whom are in the roles of advisors or directors in state offices, or perpetrators of criminal offenses against opposition representatives, and to cover up government affairs with silence.
The opposition should not and will not allow the government to use it as a mask in the media it controls, to hide its thefts, wrongdoings, and dealings as a criminal organization.
Meanwhile, every interview, direct link, or statement related to government affairs, corruption, scandals, etc., should be utilized to the fullest.
Finally, for all invitations from television studios, you must notify the Press Directorate, this, firstly, to receive the DP's message of the day from the press office and, secondly, to prevent the "fishing" of government-controlled media, which, as soon as they are rejected for the above reasons by the first invitee, invite others to implement the orders of the Prime Minister's propaganda office.
This decision will also be conveyed to allied parties, so that the position is shared.
Warm greetings,
With respect, Sali Berisha
