Deputy Agron Shehaj has signed two requests for interpellation, where in the first request he calls the minister of infrastructure to give an account on the axis Thumanë-Kashar, for which the residents of the area have been protesting for months.
Shehaj has also summoned the Minister of the Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, for an interpellation on the transportation of toxic waste produced by Kurum. Shehaj asks Kubaro about the licensing of the company 'Sokolaj' for the transport of waste.
For the same issue, an interpellation will also take place on September 12, next Thursday, when the Democrats have summoned Prime Minister Rama.
Jorida Tabaku and Gazmend Bardhi have also paid attention to freelancers. Many of them paid a high profit tax, but then the law was overturned by the government and the finance ministry refused to return the money back. The Ministry of Tourism and Environment has licensed in 2022 the only company SOKOLAJ LLC that enables "transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste". What was the reason for this license? - f 2. Being the only company that could transport hazardous waste, have we monitored and inspected its activity?
3. Do you have an inspection report, which is a legal obligation, for every cargo that has entered and exited Albania? Has your ministry calculated what is the ratio between the investment and the profit of the company during the 35 years of operation of the Thumane-Kashar axis? 2. What is the reason for the extension of this concession, from 13 years requested by the unsolicited offer, to 35 years by the Government?
3. Will you use the same model with the other axes, from Kashari to Fier or Thumane-Balldren.
