Flamur Noka is one of the PD MPs who implemented the opposition's joint plan to obstruct the session by breaking chairs and creating chaos.
Invited to the show "Frontline" on Report TV, Noka said that the opposition will return the assembly to the rails.
" It is no longer a parliament, it is a den of the mafia because the parliament operates on regulations. We will bring that parliament back on the Constitutional track at any cost under any circumstances ," he said.
Noka also said that today there was an incitement to a physical collision, referring to the majority.
" When you are not given a voice, you have no way to show your power. It should give me my constitutional and legal rights. And I then show myself, when these are always denied to me. Today there was an incitement to a physical confrontation. Because the interior minister himself went up there. Democracy suffers, languishes in Albania. Do I have the right to set up a commission of inquiry, I know that I have tried to do it six times and it has not been done. Is it normal for Rama to appoint me who will be my co-president ", he said.
