Activist Evi Kokalari has called Sali Berisha's bluff regarding his statement today about Paul Manafort, who is part of the group that will lead the DP campaign.
Berisha described him as a brilliant electoral strategist, the architect of Trump's 2016 campaign, and called him a victim of political persecution. He denied that Manafort and his associates had come to Albania as lobbyists.
But Evi Kokalari published an article, where she claims that Paul Manafort served time in prison for lobbying abuses and ties to Russians. Trump released him from prison with an amnesty.

Let's take this a step further:
Paul Manafort has served time in prison for improper lobbying with Russians and has not been politically persecuted. Manafort has been in prison for financial fraud and was forced to pay a $24 million fine to the government.
He admitted his mistakes and served time. Trump pardoned him after he was released from prison. Presidential pardons have a different meaning and are a little more complicated to explain.
Now he needs to make money to pay off his debts, so he landed in Tirana with promises of lifting sanctions. We're still waiting to see the contract...and they're not lobbyists. Manafort is a lobbyist, not a campaign 'strategist'.
