The Democratic Party will demand halving the fiscal burden on oil. This was announced by the Democratic Party leader, Sali Berisha, during a meeting with economic experts, where they discussed the price of oil in the country and the chain reaction that has been created with the prices of products on the market.
Berisha said that for the first time, the Albanian economy is a minority in the contribution to economic growth. "It is not all due to oil, but oil has its irreplaceable role.
Albanian agriculture is in recession. Industry in Albania is in recession, and Edi Rama thinks he will overcome this with deception. For two weeks he has been dealing with oil and is deceiving, talking nonsense, telling citizens the opposite of what they are, at a time when we pay almost as much for a car as Kosovo alone, while he deceives them without even bothering to say that we get them from oil.

"Oil therefore stands as a punishment with its taxes on pensioners as a whole, on all citizens with the increase in consumer prices. It is a major problem, so we will submit amendments and laws to parliament, as well as demand an investigation into the competition authority, which is immersed in oil," said Berisha.
