After the chaotic session, the opposition and the majority found consensus to approve the chairmen and members of the permanent parliamentary committees. In today's plenary session, the DP and the SP approved the composition of the committees.
The members of the 11 permanent committees were approved with 94 votes in favor, while the substitute members were approved with 87 votes in favor. The session, which was supposed to be just a procedure for approving the names, lasted longer than expected due to the DP's insistence on repeating the previous session, which lasted only 25 minutes, and only with the votes of the socialists was the governing program approved.
The opposition MPs took the floor one by one, once again requesting the opportunity to speak about the government program, emphasizing that in no case did they prevent the prime minister from speaking, but the 'unconstitutional' minister Diella, whom they have already sent to the Constitutional Court along with the Assembly's regulations.
