"For the budget, we must participate and take out all their dirt",

The Administrative Court overturned the decision of the secretary of ethics directed by Speaker of Parliament Elisa Spiropali, for the 40 and 60 day exclusions of democratic deputies. The decision enters into force immediately, putting an end to the exclusion of DP deputies from the works of the commissions and the plenary session.

The administrative court has annulled the decision of Speaker Elisa Spiropali suspending the measures of exclusion from the assembly for the deputies of the Democratic Party. The administrative court has described as a violation of the constitution and the regulation of the assembly, the decision of the secretariat of ethics that excluded 20 DP deputies from the assembly for 40 days, while 3 of them were excluded from the work of the parliamentary committees and the plenary session for 60 days. The court has made a partial annulment, leaving in effect only a 10-day exception for MPs Gazment Bardhi, Famuro Noka and Bledion Nallbati, from October 3 to October 13.

Democratic MP Dashnor Sula, in an interview for Syri TV, said that the opposition was forced and violated in all forms, not to participate in the parliament.

Sula said that in the absence of the opposition, they introduced the budget today, so that they would not have a debate and pass the budget like last year.

" We must be clear that, as a parliamentary group, we have never said that we are not in Parliament, I do not want to go to Parliament, but we were forced and abused in all forms, so that I would not participate in Parliament. If it wasn't for a decision of the Administrative Court, we wouldn't even be here today.

For the budget we have to participate, and extract all their dirt with calculations and facts.

These, since it was not the opposition, introduced the budget today, so that they would not have a debate and wanted to pass it like last year ", said Sula.
