Analyst Preç Zogaj analyzed the composition of the new "Rama 4" government, saying that the prime minister has catapulted people without careers to the top of ministries, as has happened in the past.
According to Zogaj, with this governing composition, Rama is prime minister and minister of all, highlighting a major minus of this cabinet, which is the lack of names from the north of the country.
" This government has a little bit of everything. There are also continuations, some that are confirmed. There are also mix-ups, it has changed ministries. There are some promotions, like Besfort Lamallari. Just like there are these, improvisations or extravagances, where Rama catapults people without careers.
We have always had those who come without a political career. I am not prejudiced. There was once a Foreign Minister from Kosovo. He is the Minister of Health today or of Agriculture. I am not prejudiced, I even think that they have the qualities in their professions, but I think that the position of minister is a position where a political career is finalized, not started.
In politics you will take political responsibility. Rama has broken this kind of law, with these extravagances of his, which have all failed to date. Many of these ministers have disappeared without a trace. The ministry must create history. I saw this more or less.
