Rama hosts Ceferin at the Brigades Palace, dinner with "golden spoons" (Photo)

After announcing his new government cabinet and Aleksander Ceferin formalizing the countries that will host major European football events next season, Prime Minister Edi Rama sat down for an official dinner with the head of UEFA at the Brigade Palace.

At this protocol evening, described as one of those "with a golden spoon", the highest representatives of European football and the Albanian government exchanged ideas about the most beloved sport in the world, football, and about the organization of events that are expected to put Albania back on the international sports map.

The dinner was given a completely Albanian flavor. The menu included Dibra jufkas, beef “medallions” and baklava, as a culinary calling card for foreign guests. The message was clear: Albania not only successfully organizes top-level football events, but also knows how to show its hospitable tradition through its cuisine.
