The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, has decreed the ministers of the new government proposed by Prime Minister Edi Rama. The Rama 4 government is expected to receive a vote of confidence in the Assembly, in a plenary session that could be held on Thursday and Friday. After the vote of confidence in the Assembly, the new cabinet will have to be sworn in on the Constitution at the Presidency.
It is worth noting that this decree does not include the virtual minister "Diella". The latter is only in Article 2 of the President's first decree. Begaj appointed Edi Rama, specifically as he also exercises responsibility "for the establishment and functioning of the virtual minister of Artificial Intelligence "Diella".
