Prime Minister Edi Rama has continued his attacks on justice, as he reacted harshly to a decision by Judge Boshku, who, according to him, ordered the reinstatement of a former head of the Police Supervision Agency in Vlora, dismissed for serious legal violations and criminally reported to the Prosecutor's Office.
In a long post, Rama denounced that the person in question, being at the head of a law enforcement institution, not only built without a permit in Ksamil, but also falsified documents to claim the legalization of the facility, lying that it was built in 2018.
"Another sport of judges without a flag and without a homeland of the Old Justice continues today," Rama writes, harshly criticizing the judge's decision, which according to him ignored the facts, the state as a party, and even imposed compensation payments for the dismissed person.
He calls the case "unbelievable" and calls the former director of AMP "an ignorant, faithless fool" and "a wolf with a liver in his neck."
The Prime Minister warned that the Ministry of Justice will refer the case to the High Judicial Council (HJC) and the High Inspector of Justice (HIJ), while sending a clear message to the judges who make such decisions:
"Whoever mocks the interests of the state and mocks the law, using the independence of justice as independence from justice itself, will face their wrongdoing not only in the bodies of judicial self-government, but also in the eyes of public opinion," says Prime Minister Rama.

Another traditional sport of judges without a flag and without a homeland of the Old Justice, unfortunately continues to be practiced even by younger judges, who must hold high the flag of the New Justice with their independence, professionalism and integrity.
Without any hesitation at all, Judge Boshku has decided to return to duty a brutal lawbreaker and fraudster caught red-handed, and consequently removed from duty and taken to the prosecutor's office!
The case is hopeless!
As regional director of the Police Supervision Agency - that is, of the body that the law charges to control the actions and guarantee the integrity of the State Police - a scoundrel without knowledge and faith, not only had participated in an unauthorized construction in Ksamil (denounced by the people of the area), but had also deceived in writing, claiming the legalization of the construction, with the lie that the construction was done in 2018.
But satellite photos pulled out the long tail of the lie, proving that the construction was done long after 2020; a year that according to the law is also the last year for considering requests for legalization.
So Birboja had built without a permit while also being the director of a law enforcement institution, which led to his dismissal from the AMP and the submission of his case to the Saranda Prosecutor's Office.
However, there is a law, there is also Maliq, they say, because while the state, through the Police, is demanding from the justice system in Saranda the legal punishment of Birbo, the justice system in Tirana, through Judge Boshku, is demanding from the state to take Birbo back into its arms. Even embrace him and put him back in the director's chair!
What can you say!!!
The Ministry of Justice will forward Judge Boshku's misdeeds to the bodies of judicial self-government (KLGJ - ILD), while I hope that justice will be taken seriously with Birbo.
But on this occasion, I want to convey a clear message to judges like this Boshku, who, without even looking at the files, without even calling the state as the injured party, order the return to work of those dismissed from duty for misconduct, like the howling work of this wolf with a liver on his neck of the Vlora AMP; they even shamelessly decide that it is the state's obligation to pay compensation to such types.
My message is this:
Whoever mocks the interests of the state and mocks the law, using the independence of justice as independence from justice itself, and giving openly illegal decisions to the detriment of the public interest, will face their wrongdoing not only in the aforementioned bodies of judicial self-government, but also in the eyes of public opinion.
